Who we are
ExactAir Home Comfort is a locally owned HVAC business with over 6 years of HVAC experience serving the Pacific Northwest. We're fully insured and committed to honest service.
Open 7 Days, 7 AM – 8 PM
Rylan answers his own cell every day of the week, evenings and Sundays included — not an answering service taking a message for Monday.
Licensed, Bonded & Fully Insured
A licensed general contractor and refrigeration journeyman who pulls his own permits and leaves your home cleaner than he found it.
Clear, No-Pressure Advice
Honest good/better/best options explained plainly — never a high-pressure sales pitch.
Flexible financing, and one person on the whole job
A new system is a real amount of money, so we offer financing with monthly payments — ask and Rylan will walk you through what is available for your job. And there is no crew to be handed off to: the man who quotes it is the man who installs it, and he is the one who picks up the phone afterwards.

“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. From the very first conversation, I felt like we were dealing with people we could genuinely trust — and that alone is huge when it comes to HVAC and plumbing work.”

“I am extremely satisfied with ExactAir. Most other companies have expensive quotes and used high pressure sales tactics. Rylan was able to immediately set himself apart with genuine conversation and upfront expectations and pricing.”
Alex Gebhart · Google review
- ★★★★★
“Over the past couple of weeks we have used ExactAir for both an emergency call out as well as a new furnace installation. My wife and I were very impressed with the way Rylan communicated with us as well as his technical knowledge and skill.”
